Is your office currently open during normal business hours? We are currently open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with office hours by appointment only. We can be reached by phone at 619-450-1650, 24/7.

How can I get updates regarding the status of my legal matter? If you or your loved one has a pending case and are unsure how your case is impacted by the latest court orders or court closure, please reach out to us via email or phone. You may also find information on the latest San Diego court orders here.
Are court's of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? The San Diego Superior Court is temporarily closed and is only hearing emergency matters through April 30, 2020 with a tentative re-opening date of May 1. Click here for more information. If you had a case scheduled for hearing between March 17, 2020 and April 30, 2020, your court date will be rescheduled. The date for which your matter will be heard will depend on type, status, statutory priority of the case, and whether you are in or out of custody.
What if I can't come to court because I am sick or quarantined? If you are sick or quarantined please stay home and contact us immediately. Your health and well-being is our priority and in many cases we can arrange to appear for you so that you may continue to focus on staying safe and being well during this crisis.
